The apartment is named after the iconic song, first made

famous by Enrico Caruso and later popularized in the English version of “It’s

 Now or Never” by Elvis Presley. The location's owner, Pasquale,

performed this song many times, but he is particularly fond of it as he featured ‘O Sole Mio in his first PBS Special filmed at Castello Giusto on the Amalfi coast.
